Senior Scientist (In Vitro Assay)

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Scientist to design, develop, and execute biochemical, biophysical and cellular assays for target validation and compound characterization.

• Design and develop biochemical, biophysical and cellular assays to support drug discovery programs, including target validation and compound evaluation (potency, MoA, binding affinity) using techniques such as HTRF, AlphaLisa, SPR, MST, enzymatic assays, cellular reporter assays, high content imaging, HiBit, etc.
• Support screening campaigns, troubleshooting, and validation
• Analyze and interpret data, and communicate results to support project decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (chemistry, pharmacology, etc.)
• Maintain high-quality documentation and data integrity

• Master’s degree with ≥3 years of relevant experience, or PhD with ≥1 year of relevant experience, in Biochemistry, Cell Biology, or related fields
• Strong hands-on experience in biochemical, biophysical and cellular assays
• Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Prism, Excel, ELN)
• Proficient in assay instruments (eg, liquid handler, Echo, Plate reader, HCS)
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork mindset
• Industry or CRO experience and HTS/lead optimization experience are preferred
